How to Jump Your Full Suspension Mountain Bike Like a Pro
To jump a full suspension mountain bike, start by building up speed and approaching the jump with your knees slightly bent and your elbows out. As you approach the jump, transfer your weight to your back wheel by pulling up on the handlebars and compressing your rear suspension. As you reach the lip of the jump, push down on the pedals, extend your arms, and explosively lift your bike off the ground. In mid-air, tuck your knees in towards your chest to control your rotation, and spot your landing. Finally, extend your legs and arms as you land to absorb the impact and maintain control of the bike.
