First, remove the wheel from the bike. Then use a tire lever to pry off one side of the tire from the rim. Remove the old tube and check for punctures or damage. Insert the new tube into the tire, making sure it is positioned correctly. Inflate the tube slightly and reposition the tire onto the rim, starting on the opposite side to where you removed it.
